Aged Care FacilitiesAged Care FacilitiesThe McMullin Group has been responsible for the completion of over twenty aged care facilities in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales over the last 10 years. The McMullin Group is renowned for its experience, quality of finish and its ability to provide cost effective and financially viable solutions for operators of aged care facilities. The benefits of entering into a Development Agreement with McMullin Group are that we have the project management skills, the experience and financial resources to turn a provisional allocation of bed licenses issued by the Department of Health and Ageing into full bed licenses and an operating facility. Aged care facilities developed by McMullin Group have consistently received independent certification assessment scores in excess of 95%. In 2003 McMullin Group received an award at the ANHECA National Congress for the "Best New Aged Care Facility in Australia" for the 140-bed "Sir James by the Bay" development at Mornington, Victoria. Prior to opening this facility received a certification score of 99.9% from the independent assessors appointed by the Department of Health and Ageing. Current Project104-bed aged care facility at Maroondah Highway, Croydon, with an area of 5184sqm.Anticipated completion date: 1st July, 2008.
