Industrial Park, 135 O'Herns Road, Epping

A 31 hectare site has been purchased at 135 O'Herns Road, Epping adjacent to the Aurora residential estate. This site forms part of the 245 hectare Cooper Street Employment Zone and will be accessed from both Edgars Road and O'Herns Road.

The industrial park will comprise approximately 100 lots ranging in size from 1550 sqm to 6200 sqm with the majority of the lots being around 2000 - 2500 sqm.

A planning permit was lodged in December, 2006 at the City of Whittlesea for the subdivision of 50 lots south of the proposed Epping North Transport Corridor which runs through the site.

Construction of the site infrastructure work is expected to commence in January 2008 and lots should be available for sale in July 2008.
