Aquarium Industries - Completed February 2003

Design and construction of a 3,900 sqm warehouse and 440 sqm office for owner / occupier Aquarium Industries who import and export tropical fish for on-sale to retailers. The project included detailed pits and plumbing systems for the numerous tanks that the fish are stored in.

Furniture Galore - Completed September 2003

Design and construction of an 8,000 sqm warehouse with a 2,000 sqm showroom for owner / occupier Furniture Galore. The warehouse is used to supply other Furniture Galore retail stores and was built to allow for future expansion. This 2,000 sqm expansion was completed in October 2006.

Advanced Polymer Recycling - Completed May 2005

Design and construction of a 3,700 sqm facility for owner / occupier APR, a manufacturer of recycled foam product. The project included a two storey 500 sqm office and was constructed in conjunction with the adjacent APF building for the same client.

Advanced Polymer Foam - Completed May 2005

Design and construction of a 3,700 sqm facility for APF, a manufacturer of foam product. This property was pre-leased to A.P.F and was constructed in conjunction with the adjacent APR building.

Signature Floors - Completed November 2005

Design and construction of a 4,500 sqm warehouse with a 650 sqm office / showroom for owner / occupier Signature Floors who import and distribute floor coverings. The modern office was fitted out as part of the works and the warehouse was designed to allow for future expansion.

Sumitomo Australia - Completed March 2006

Design and construction of a 10,300 sqm warehouse and two storey 2,500 sqm office which was pre-leased to international automotive parts supplier Sumitomo Australia. The project included extensive client requirements for an energy efficient building and services. A detailed internal fitout to cater for over one hundred office and manufacturing staff was carried out as part of the project. The project was sold off the plan to a property trust managed by Australand.

Austral Wright Metals - Completed December 2006

Design and construction of a 3,500 sqm warehouse and 450 sqm office for Austral Wright Metals, part of the national Crane Group of companies. The warehouse is used for the storage and distribution of specialized metal products and includes a gantry crane. The development was pre-leased and sold off the plan to the MPG Enterprise Property Trust.

Epping Business Park - Completed March 2007

Design and construction of 15 strata titled industrial units varying in size from 330 sqm to 470 sqm. Each unit includes a 60 sqm mezzanine office and has been designed to cater for the small business occupier. The project includes a café serving the entire Northpoint Estate.

17 Scanlon Drive - Due for completion in October 2007

Design and construction of a 12,700 sqm warehouse and 300 sqm office for Stockland. The property has been designed with flexibility to cater for occupancy by a single or multiple tenants. The development has been pre-sold to Stockland in conjunction with the property at 40 Scanlon Drive.

40 Scanlon Drive - Due for completion in November 2007

Design and construction of a 9,000 sqm warehouse and 350 sqm office for Stockland. The property has been designed with flexibility to cater for occupancy by a single or multiple tenants. The development has been pre-sold to Stockland in conjunction with the property at 17 Scanlon Drive.
