MPG Funds Management ("MPG") was formed in December 2002 as a specialist property investment manager and currently has funds under management in the vicinity of $120 million. Its focus is to create quality property investment products that offer its investors tax effective and reliable income returns with the potential for capital growth.

MPG has established a successful track record in managing property assets with its investors consisting of institutional, wholesale and retail investors.

The directors and senior executives of MPG have extensive experience in property funds management, property investment, property development and management. MPG also has considerable support experience in registry, accounting, client services and marketing.

MPG holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (No. 227114) issued by ASIC which permits it to be a responsible entity and manage direct property schemes.
