McMullin Group is developing a $50 million office building opposite the Camberwell Civic Centre within walking distance to the Junction and Camberwell railway station. This 3,600 square meter site is located at 347 Camberwell Road and will comprise 8,500 square metres of office space over four levels and three levels of basement carparking. 347 Camberwell Road’s unique façade will become a distinguished landmark in the area, blending modern design with the suburb’s more traditional buildings.
Areas of 1,000 to 9,000 square metres are available for lease. 347 Camberwell Road will be ready for occupation late 2009.
