Epping Office Park

An office park is to be developed on a 1.75Ha site at 310 Cooper Street, Epping adjacent to the proposed Epping Medical & Specialist Centre and the new Wholesale Fruit, Vegetable and Flower markets which are due to open in 2010.

The office park will be staged to meet demand but will ultimately contain four office buildings with a floor area of approx 13500sqm and on-site carparking for 500 vehicles.

On site amenities will include a café / restaurant and a child care centre. Office suites ranging from 100sqm to 1490sqm will be available for lease or to buy.

Construction of the first two office blocks is scheduled to start in January 2008 with completion scheduled for March 2009 to coincide with the opening of the adjacent Medical & Specialist Centre.
