Chirnside Views was developed for Norsan Pty Ltd, a company operated by the Willoughby Family. Our journey with Norm and Sandy Willoughby began in the 1990s with the development of their first aged care facility, Willowbrae in Porter Street, Templestowe. Since then, we have continued to collaborate on remarkable projects, including Park Lane Croydon and, now, the breathtaking Chirnside Views in Chirnside Park.
Throughout the years, both organisations have grown and evolved, not to mention the entire aged care sector, but the foundation of trust between us has remained, and we are exceptionally proud of our relationship with Norm, Sandy, Brad and Cameron.
Chirnside Views was professionally managed by McMullin from inception to completion. Designed by Smith + Tracey Architects and built by APM Group, this development exemplifies the seamless integration of contemporary design and functionality. Our delivery team of skilled professionals, well-versed in all aspects of aged care development, ensured that every detail of Chirnside Views met our stringent standards.
The project’s location in Chirnside Park offers residents a serene and picturesque setting. Enjoying postcard views of the Yarra Valley and surrounded by thoughtfully landscaped grounds, Chirnside Views provides an oasis where residents can enjoy a sense of serenity and comfort. Our meticulous attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the design to fit-out and material selection, ensuring a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere for residents and their families.
